We’re thrilled to showcase Dayana + Nick’s elopement on the blog today! This sweet couple allowed us the honor of capturing their intimate ceremony, which unfolded in the charming gazebo at Brookside Gardens. Nick looked dapper in a handsome blue suit, while Dayana looked absolutely stunning in a sleeveless fitted dress with a long train adorned with a beautiful bow, complemented by a delightful touch – the gloves!

The ceremony, beautifully officiated by Alice Langholt, was a unique experience as it was conducted twice – once in English and once in Spanish. This thoughtful touch allowed the bride and groom to fully immerse themselves in the ceremony in both of their languages.

Following the gazebo ceremony, we explored the park for some newlywed photos. One of the highlights of elopements is the extra time we have to capture relaxed moments and take our time to create beautiful images. Utilizing the Wedding Gazebo and strolling through the Trial Gardens path down to the water, we maximized our time to create memorable shots.

Reaching the waterfront area, we captured a few more shots along the path, and then Dayana + Nick headed down to the Anderson Pavilion and I stayed back to shoot the couple on the bridge across the water. We started making our way back up to the gardens, and I captured one of my favorite shots – Dayana looking over her shoulder as her and her new hubby ran across the bridge. Dayana’s infectious joy as a bride was a joy to capture, and it truly reflected in the photographs. We moved into the Perennial gardens – where the lush greenery provided a vibrant backdrop, making the couple really stand out and framing them beautifully.

We continued through the Perennial gardens, capturing the essence of the bride and groom amid the flourishing greenery. We concluded the photo session with colorful florals in the Trial Garden, highlighting the intricate details of Dayana’s ring.

Nick and Dayana, we extend our heartfelt thanks for allowing us to be part of your special day. It was a pleasure capturing the love and joy that surrounded your beautiful elopement!
