Ashleigh and Max had a beautiful front-yard wedding! Her parents spent months grooming their farm for her big day so she could hold her reception there. The two got married at the Shrine of St. Anthony here in Ellicott City. She even rode in to the ceremony with her dad on a horse-drawn carriage! How amazing! Max is a goofball and the two had so much fun on their special day. We were so thankful to be a part of it! The Best Man had a Game of Thrones “Hand of The King” pin, the Maid of Honor, Ashleigh’s twin sister, made a sweet slideshow of pictures of them growing up as part of her speech, and they even had a gelato truck! This was the dream DIY wedding—every detail was well thought out and stunning. Thank you so much for thinking of Living Radiant! We were so honored to be a part of your wedding!Read More
We met Amanda and Rob at the Towson Panera, where we learned that this couple would not only be an amazing couple to photograph, but amazing friends post wedding. We were so excited to shoot their wedding day. They had a beautiful color palette, gorgeous weather, and my personal favorites of the day were Amanda’s details, her bouquet, their darling trolley, and their adventurous spirit to allow us to take them to the walking bridge off a beaten path near their venue. Wait until you see those pictures!Read More
Happy Tuesday! We are in the office busting out weddings and engagement sessions and in the thick of wedding season, we are behind on the blog! We literally have 8 weddings and 11 weddings to share with the world!! So, with that said, we are kicking off this week sharing Ben and Rachel!
These two lovebirds rocked their session. Spending time with them at Federal Hill with their sweet pup was great. You would have never thought that these guys were nervous... they were but it only lasted for a few minutes!
We can't wait to shoot their wedding next year!Read More
The word “darling” comes to mind when I think of Melissa and Tom. They are sweet souls, gentle, and full of kindness. When these two lovebirds asked us to be their wedding photographers, we knew we would have so much fun and really enjoy their wedding day.
The spent their wedding day at the historic Gramercy Mansion. It’s a relic on its own. Their vast gardens are full of blooms that make any white gown pop. Melissa and Tom shared a super sweet first look in the front of the mansion, and they said I do on a brick portico, even one brick is etched with their name. Their sweet kisses and smiles filled the night, and you could just tell how excited Tom was to hold the hand of his newlywed wife.Read More
Jenna and Robert, your day was nothing short of evident joy. You guys beamed, as did your family, friends, and your guests. The guys in their whites looked incredible, the florals in the tent I loved, and all the details that curated your story were perfect. Oh, and your surprise Bentley was pretty special too. We wish you guy the best! So sad you’re on the other coast, but can’t wait to meet up with you in the months and years to come! (We’ll be in San Diego in March!)Read More
We shoot lots of weddings, like 30-40 a year. Recently we shot a wedding at Belmont Manor and this super sweet bridesmaid decided to hire us for her engagement session. We are so bummed because we are already booked on her Long Island NY wedding date (we secretly hope they change their date so we can shoot there wedding… cough cough).
But really, we loved loved spending time with Jamie and Lauren and their sweet pup. These guys were so natural with each other, and they treat each other so well and sweetly. Jamie is a local police officer (I told him my nickname is Mad Max because I tend to speed), but we are so grateful and love local military and civil servants. Jamie, thanks again so much for serving and striving to keep us safe. Baltimore is awesome when it behaves… but it doesn’t always.Read More
Ropewalk Tavern is a historic part of Federal Hill. We actually had never been to it. We recently went to the one in Ocean City which is a super awesome family restaurant and bar up near 95th street in Ocean City, MD.
John has been a manager at the Ropewalk Tavern for something like 8 or 10 years. He’s been there… forever. Everyone in Federal Hill knows him. When we shot John and Olivia’s engagement session, we ran into multiple people that knew them.Read More
Two years ago we started advertising with Wedding Wire. All our clients write reviews for us on that website, and lots of brides find us through wedding wire.
Genevieve is my Wedding Wire Sales Rep. I still think it’s pretty awesome that she and Alex hired us. She works with hundreds of photographers on their online platform and they chose us!!
Even though I’ve been working with Genevieve for a couple of years, I just met her face to face for the first time at a wedding we shot in June. We were so pumped to meet her and Alex, even if it was for a few seconds on the dance floor.Read More
Always always love doing fashion shoots for Punch, one of our amazing fashion and small business clients. This shoot was at the new Fells Point Pendry Hotel... amazing! Enjoy and go shop their collections!
Ashleigh and Max are just the goofiest! Our assistant Sarah met up with them a couple of weeks ago at the Shrine of St. Anthony here in Ellicott City! This will also be the site of their wedding next month. We can’t wait to celebrate these two and their special day!
We had a ton of fun, even through the heat! The butterflies were out in the butterfly garden and the sun lit up the grounds. We felt like VIPs at this venue because it's not a public wedding venue. They wanted their engagement pictures to be at the same venue as their wedding!Read More
