Up on the blog today is our last wedding of 2023 and what a way to end our wedding season. Unlike a lot of our weddings, I got to photograph the rehearsal dinner which for me was super fun as I got to meet our couple Scott and Alyssa for the first time in person, before their actual day. We also met friends, family, and VIPS. Alyssa wore her mom’s wedding dress which she repurposed for the rehearsal dinner. So awesome!
The morning of the wedding was so fun. Girls were pumping music in the downstairs, backstage rooms at Merriweather, and upstairs in the game room the guys were playing foosball and shooting hoops.
JOY is probably the world that I can put on Alyssa. She’s my kinda girl, friend, bride. Fun, so nice, and loved by so many. The highlights of the day are too many to note, BUT I’m going to say a bunch and IYKYK:
Her boots, their vows, their first look, the water drink during the ceremony, the hair chop, MD flag, Mariah Carey, champagne sprays and life pass to Merriweather and so much more.

Scott and Alyssa….We are sooo glad that your wedding was the one to end our 2023 wedding season. We had so much fun.
