Up on the blog today is a beautiful Gramercy mansion wedding located in Towson, Maryland. Fatima and Ben had such a cool wedding day that we are excited to highlight.
Fatima and Ben met through a dating app. If it wasn’t for the fact that over half my couples meet on a dating app, I wouldn’t believe in them. But I do, some of our cutest and most genuine couples matched online. I love in their story that in a few minutes of meeting and talking, Ben asked her, “If you are from Maryland, do you like Old Bay?” Fatima said she loved Old Bay, and the rest is history. To this day, Ben is still in her phone as “Benjamin (Old Bay),” how fun!
Their garden ceremony was beautiful. If you’ve never been to Gramercy mansion it’s a beautiful bed-and-breakfast that sits back in the woods surrounded by beautiful gardens. Their reception and cocktail hour was in the carriage house, another venue option at Gramercy Mansion for weddings. They got married out on a beautiful lawn, surrounded by 100 friends and family. It was a laid back, fun, full of dancing wedding. With a private cake cutting to fun dancing at reception these guys had such a wonderful day. I especially love their first look back in the front gardens and cruising around property with their wedding party. Newlywed photos at the gazebo both by day and night were gorgeous! Fatima is an absolute gem. The personality and connection that these two have is wonderful, they made our job of capturing their love so easy! And the trusted us as we went all over property!
Fatima and Ben, we loved being alongside you, creating a sweet friendship with you all that shows in your wedding photos. We think the world of you and hope you have the best first spring married!
