Happy Mothers Day to the Best Mom Ever

I pretty much have the most amazing mother on the planet. And actually now, I have two amazing mothers!

I am the proud daughter of Janet Fox Hoffman. I am the daughter-in-law of Annie Nolan. Here’s a few mini collages of ways to call attention to these amazing women!

Sometimes I think I’m the luckiest girl. Not only did I marry an amazing man, but I inherited his mom, who is fantastic. Then I look at my own my and I’m speechless. I thank God that he’s given me the moms that I have, and I’m happy to share, just as long as they are taken care of.

These women love their kids (all 11 of them in total), they love their husbands, and have strived to see their kids marry great spouses and love Jesus their whole lives. I wouldn’t be the woman I am today without my mom, and I would’nt have the husband I have, without his mom.

When I think of words to describe my moms, these are the words that come to mind. There’s more than this but these are what came to mind.

To my mom

You mean the world to me. I laugh the most with you. I know I’m your favorite 😉 I am so glad I have you in my life and our relationship is good. Our adventures chasing storms, late night pickups, crazy yardsaling, market runs, errand running, and other hilarious adventures. Our conversations always spark interest and laughter (if bugs are on the wall, they paid good money for their seats watching us together). I’m pretty sure we’ve peed our pants laughing and talking, especially about our day in and day out experiences. So many memories mom. I’m so glad I have you. Things haven’t always been good, easy, or beautiful, but I’m thankful that you forgive, that you love unconditionally, and continue to pursue.

To my new mom (mother-in-law)

Patrick would not be the man he is without you. I’m forever thankful for you, for raising an amazing man who loves God, loves people, and loves me more than I could ever imagine earthly love. All I know is that when I have sons, I hope I can raise them as well as you have. Thank you for always welcoming me, inviting me in, and allowing me to marry your son. I know I’m the daughter you never had, and am thankful that I get along with you. (geez… that would be terrible… I’d eat your food anyway though).

I love you both so much and forever will be grateful and honoring to you both. Regardless of the future and the times ahead. You’re gifts from God and I honor you today.
