Can we say champions!? Lauren and Luke met us in Baltimore City at the Bromo Seltzer Arts Tower on one of the rainiest and darkest rain days we had all year. They were positive and happy and ready to go. We definitely ran late due to the weather but they were awesome and knew we’d make it up to them somehow. We knew we wouldn’t be outside much, so we made the most of the hour in the tower and took some rain photos outside! Although we all got wet, man do these two have some pretty sexy photos! We went to dinner at Little Havana afterwards and chowed down on breakfast food, hot tea, and some other good food. Lauren and Luke, you guys did awesome. Thanks for trusting us, for climbing steps, clock towers and letting us create some cool stuff for you. We are excited to spend more time with you in 2023 and can’t wait for your wedding! xo
Yah! Hannah and Nick are married and we are so excited we got to be alongside them! When Hannah and Nick hired us, they had 2 requests… a photographer that knew BMI and a photographer that could do a really cool night shot that involved lots of champagne spray. We knew we were perfect for the job!
The whole day was wonderful and fun! Hannah and Nick both got ready at Hotel Monaco surrounded by their wedding parties. I LOVED that Hannah did a first look with Nick on the gorgeous staircases at the hotel. Everyone was on time and we headed to Fort McHenry for some photos on the green and water. Soon after, we headed to BMI to photograph all their immediate family segments, followed by some time for them to hang out before walking down the aisle!
Our first wedding of October is live!! Margot and Ian, we are so excited to share this with you and for you to share it with those you love and care about! This wedding for us was so neat. There were so many aspects of this day that just made it fun, personal, and of course, totally Baltimore! Let’s just start out with the fact that the entire day was spent waterfront. Margot and Ian got ready alongside family and wedding party at the Ritz Carlton condos in Fells Point in private rooms.
This wedding pretty much sums up a Baltimore wedding. The whole day was spent in different parts of Baltimore, from Fells, to Federal Hill, to Fort McHenry and more. It even includes a water taxi adventure, an outdoor ceremony on the water and a reception under the lights outside overlooking Baltimore. Miranda and Curt had such an awesome day.
Today up on the blog, we are sharing Brittany and Joe’s beautiful American Visionary Art Museum Wedding! These two had such a full and fun day with some of the best variety of photos we’ve gotten at Loyola Chapel and AVAM. Some of my favorites of the day include the trolley that the girls rode in together to their ceremony and that the bridal party cheered in front of upon arrival at AVAM. I loved the first look between Brittany and her dad and when her brothers saw her for the first time, they were soo sweet and got emotional! She gifted her dad custom cufflinks with a photo of her as a baby and her handwriting.
Yahh! This wedding is so fun for us to post. Let’s first start off saying that is was our first full greek traditional wedding we’ve photographed. But beyond that, everything in the day was amazing. The day started off with the wedding party and families getting ready at the Four Seasons hotel. We had gorgeous details and monogrammed goodness, we had so much fun photographing their personals.
Angela’s mom dressed her and Chris’ brother and dad helped him. With reveals with bridesmaids, dad and moms, these two went into their first look giddy, excited and anticipating the best! When Chris turned to see Angela, it was amazing. The nerves left and the two of them giggled, hugged and kissed and they both just admired each other. Within minutes a surprise showed up, their sweet dog. We love when fur babies show up to wedding days so we made sure to get those pics. Since our almost newlyweds opted for a first look, we were able to get all their iconic photos on the front end of the day! Wedding party and family were amazing to work with and we got to church on time and ready to get these two married. I loved the Greek ceremony with all its customs and important moments. Soon after announcing them as husband and wife, a bubble send-off with all guests as they cheered and celebrated our newlyweds! We surprised these guys with some drone photos since the church building was soo neat… a bucket list church to shoot at!
I had the honor of photographing Amelia + Marshall’s wedding at Baltimore Museum of Industry in July, and I am so excited to share it with you! Amelia got ready with her party at Brushed Beauty Salon. One of my favorite details of the day was that everyone in the wedding party was rocking purple converse, and Amelia + Marshall had white ones with their initials and wedding date on the back – we love personal details! Once everyone was ready, we travelled over to BMI for a first look and to begin portraits. It was raining a little, so we improvised and did an intimate first look in the gazebo, and loved how it came out. Luckily the rain let up, and we were able to do newlywed portraits and wedding party portraits outside. I love how much the vibrant purple outfits and flowers popped on the overcast day. We did family portraits inside prior to ceremony, which was also in the museum. Amelia + Marshall loved the museum vibe, so we did some additional newlywed and wedding party portraits throughout the museum, and I love the way they came out.
What a beautiful day celebrating these two. Vaniah and TJ are one of our Florida couples who planned their beautiful wedding at the Hotel at Arundel Preserve. I absolutely loved that these two had an intimate wedding with their closest friends and family members. The day was so special! I loved the emotional first look between Vaniah and her dad. Her sister and mom were present and watching all of them experience seeing Vaniah for the first time was incredible. The guys and the girls looked so awesome! TJ beamed when he saw her walk through the doors and down the aisle. Lots of families watched online to see these two exchange rings and vows. They danced their way out as husband and wife and enjoyed cocktail hour alongside all. Vaniah and TJ, I loved being there to document those moments as husband and wife. We are so thrilled for you guys and what the future holds! xo
Grace and Ben had a great session at the Rawlings Conservatory! With dogs in tow, we cruised all around the surrounding areas. Unfortunately we weren’t able to go in due to COVID restrictions but found treasure all around! After our time there, we decided to head down into Baltimore City and hit up the outside of the BMA! These two rocked their session and we couldn’t be more excited about their wedding coming up in August!
