HOW IT WORKS
OUR PROCESS
01
initial meeting
You found us! Now we schedule a zoom meeting to get to know you, ask some questions about your day, and share our experience with you. We provide you with all of the information you need to make a decision. We hold your date for a week while you look over all the info!

booking
You've asked us to be your wedding photographers! We then send you a contract via HoneyBook (our contract and invoicing system) that you'll sign and make an initial deposit. Then it's official! We send over the Living Radiant Wedding Magazine, a tool to help you plan and prep for things as best you possibly can!

engagement session
We'll send you our Engagement Session Style Guide and we schedule your session! We love to do a double date with our couples afterwards.
We send sneak peeks within a few days, and the full gallery in 1-3 weeks. Once you pick your favs we post them on our blog.

Timeline + Shot list meeting
We send a questionnaire for you to fill out when you have vendors booked and are ready to plan the day. We do a custom timeline and shot list for all couples to make sure enough time is allocated for desired photo segments. We send that over, give you a chance to review, and schedule a final meeting to make any adjustments and finalize the shot list.

You get MARRIED! We'll be there alongside you all day, ensuring we capture all those amazing moments of your day!
Sneak peeks come that week!

gallery delivery
We deliver your online gallery of photos within 1-2 months of your wedding day. They are all edited, high resolution images you can download, share, and order prints! We know when you get the email it's tempting to open on your phone at work, but we always recommend you wait until you are together and plan a date night - have a glass of wine, look at your photos together, and reminisce on your beautiful wedding day together!

follow up!
We give you some time to enjoy and digest the photos. Our galleries are usually around 1200 images, so we know it can be a lot. If your contract includes an album or canvas, we reach back out to start that process a couple weeks later. We also create a blog post for you that's easy to share with family/friends, and we share your gallery with your awesome vendor team that made the day possible.

How long have you been in business?
We went "full time" in May of 2014.
Since then, we have shot over 300 weddings!
how many weddings do you shoot a year?
We shoot about 25-35 weddings a year. With 52 weeks in the year, we spend most of our weekends with amazing couples across the nation. And seriously, we love it so much.
What's your photography style?
We shoot a mix of styled + editorial, partnered with lifestyle + photojournalism. We are story tellers and we do whatever we need to do to capture your love story!
What's your editing style?
We are a mix of light & airy and true to life color. We use our tools to enhance the beauty that is already there, and our goal is always that the coloration of the photos look the same as the day looked from your eyes. We want your gallery to be timeless, so years from now, the photos are classically beautiful and not stamped with whatever filter is trending at the time.
What equipment do you shoot with?
We shoot with the best Canon gear on the market. We shoot with Canon R5s as primaries and backups. All of our lenses are RF, and our flashes are Canon EL 1's. We have invested over $100K into our gear.
what's included in your packages?
We feel like the wedding world can be very confusing, so we wanted our pricing to be all inclusive, meaning the fee includes an engagement sessions, 2 photographers, 8 to 10 hours of wedding day coverage, an online gallery with all of the high resolution downloads with a print release. We offer ways to customize your experience whether it be adding extra time or print items.
are engagement sessions important?
We highly recommend them! Our pricing includes an engagement session, and we love to use them as a way to get to know our couples before the wedding day. Photography can feel awkward for some people, so we find it helps couples be more comfortable on their wedding day with poses and prompts we will give them. Sort of like a practice run! We also double date our couples afterwards, and love the chance to put the cameras down and get to know you two as a couple and build our relationship.
what's your turnaround time?
We have a 1-2 month turnaround time. Our personal goal is always to deliver your photos in time for your 1 Month Anniversary, but during peak season or months where we have double header weekends, it could be closer to the 2 month mark.
do you do sneak peeks?
Yes! We love to do sneak peeks so you can get excited about what we have captured and so you have photos to post right away. They are typically 10-20 highlight photos of the day, and are delivered within a few days. We also share them on social media and tag you and your vendors!
Do you deliver raw files?
No. First of all, our raw files are massive and in a format that most people can't open. We also don't because they are not our finished product, and we like all of the photos posted and shared to be consistent with the brand and quality that we are so proud of.
do you include albums?
Albums can be added on to any package before or after signing the contract, and are also available a la carte. Unless it's a promo we run, most are add-ons. We work with you to design a visually appealing album with the photos you want, and include revision rounds to make sure it's what you want!
