Newborn shoots are always unpredictable. I’ve come to the realization that newborns are fun to hold, to swaddle, to look at, etc. I’m looking forward to being a mom and having my own newborn some day. However newborns are NOT easy to photograph. In our photography services, these are the most difficult.
This past Sunday, individuals across three church campus’ in Maryland, made the same decision. We were given the awesome opportunity to photograph Baptism Sunday at the church we’ve been attending for the last year. I love my church. I have been going to Way of Life Community Church in Forest Hill for almost an entire year. We believe in the power of the local church and placing value upon humanity. They have three beautiful campus’, one is Middle River, one is Forest Hill, and one in Cecil County.
For those of you who don’t know. I love crossfit. I love it because it motivates me, structures me, pushes me, and makes my body and mind strong and capable. I hate it because some days it sucks, the work outs are mind blowing, and my body will hurt… this week, I struggled to climb steps and get dressed, but of course… I can’t wait to get back to the box.
Hear ye, Hear ye… announcing the amazing Princess Party, where princess’ unite.
This past Saturday, Maggie spent 2 hours with 100 little princess, and their moms… I mean Queens. Trinity did a great job and put on a wonderful event for all the little girls that are part of the children’s ministry. It was done so well and of course was so sweet and beautiful! We were asked to be the photographers and capture the event and do a photobooth. Each princess left with her own personal picture to take home. Here are the pictures from the day!
We have been so excited to put up this blog post up! Jesse and Allyson just returned from an extended honeymoon, and we didn’t want them to miss the excitement surrounding the announcement of their wedding post! So we of course waited!! So here it is!
Jesse and Allyson got married on Friday, March 14th. They had a beautiful wedding and God gave them a perfect day for it. Purple and yellow bouquets, gray suits, a breeze in the air, and a partially cloudy day… a great recipe for a beautiful wedding. Allyson and her bridesmaids were beautiful and she was gorgeous. Jesse was so handsome and his guys of course complimented.
As you look through this post, you will find yourself smiling… I just know you will, we sure did.
Congrats, Jesse and Allyson and enjoy! There are so many pictures as you know and we couldn’t put all of them up!
When you think of pearls, you think expensive, you think jewelry, maybe the ocean, oysters, classy women, or many think of wedding days and brides. I don’t think babies came to your mind but even babies love and look great in pearls.
Babies are the sweetest thing. But so are those moments when you stop doing “routine” and do something out of the blue, something that you love that you haven’t done in a while.
Everyone is tired of the snow.
I had this thought the other day. It’s not snow that people are fed up with. I think everyone is tired of wearing the same winter clothing, mopping their wet floors, de-icing their cars, and shovelling their driveway. It’s the inconvenience of having to cancel and reschedule plans and meetings, finding activities to do with the kids inside the house, or having to go to work when all you really want to do is lounge by a fire, or catch up on the project you’ve been meaning to get to. It’s not really “snow” that people are fed up with. It’s the season.
