I’ve known Emily Williams back when I was in middle school and I was still a Hoffman, and she was a Meeks. Emily and I both have become wives, business owners, and friends, in that order. 🙂
Emily and her husband, Tom, have a sweet sweet family. Her little girls are precious… I’ve official been invited over by them for hot chocolate, I can’t wait! Naomi and Eliana are my new buds.
On a chilly, windy blustery day, we all ventured to downtown Baltimore for a Fells Point Photoshoot! Family style!! The girls were bundled, blankets and all, and their little guy, Xavier, was an absolute champ!
A few weeks before Christmas, we met up with one of our Radiant families, who wanted to get some pictures for their 2014 Christmas card. Belinda, one of my friends, is also expecting twin girls, and wanted to get a few maternity pics while we were out and about. When these beauties come out, Belinda and Ryan will have FIVE girls! Amazing! We couldn’t be more excited for them.
Dispite the sometimes chaos, it was amazing to be with family. We’ve not always seen eye to eye on things, but there’s one thing that has remained. Love. We LOVE family. Love each other. Love each other so much that sometimes we’ve have to be hard on each other. Yes, they’ve been hard on me too. This Thanksgiving, we took time in the midst of “life” – constant movement, constant going, busy busy busy… for family. I’m thankful for parents that instilled love and relationship in us. We all sat together at the table, and prayed as one… thanking our Lord for where he’s brought us. We try to do this regardless of the holiday.
This is why we have the clients we have. We are picky. We chose couples who fit us as we fit them. We have amazing couples, with sweet stories, unique and full of adventure and romance.
Holley and Ray are personable, hilarious, and laid back. They love life and they love each other. We met them up at Rocks State Park for their engagement session.
I just can’t stand it any longer! Josh and Nichele are not just clients but they are dear friends of ours. We are so honored to be their wedding photographers. I really wish I met Nichele like YEARS ago! She’s a babe. I’ve known Josh pretty much since he was like a little kid… oh wait, I was a little kid too!! Josh and his family moved to Baltimore when I was in middle school… so I’ve known him over half of my life. I have the honor of knowing Nichele because of Josh now. Nichele has become a dear friend to me (ever since we moved to Ellicott City and I feel like my social life is my phone and computer, but really haha). Patrick and I really value and appreciate their friendship.
We are so excited to share this wedding as the bride is one of my dear friends, bridesmaids, and a beauty. I’ve been rooting for Sarah and Chris for years and they finally tied the knot at a beautiful vineyard in Belleville, PA! Patrick and I love photographing love stories, especially the kind that are rooted in time and history.
This wedding makes me smile with each time I look at it. Love ya Sarah. So thankful I not only got to photograph your wedding and marriage to Chris, but I got to witness an awesome chapter of your beautiful and romantic novel.
On a warm and beautiful day in Westminster, MD, Shannon and Bill invited their closest family and friends to celebrate their wedding, a day full of love, moonshine, and vows. Unions Mills Homestead was a perfect place to demonstrate their love in front of a cloud of witnesses. Shannon and Bill’s love is beautiful. They have two precious beautiful children, the result of head-over-heels love for one another. Their goal: to have a ball and dance the night away. They wanted to share these memories with their loved ones and everyone they cherish and hold dear. Watching Shannon and Bill throughout the wedding day made me smile… even when we were driving home that night.
