Sydney & James {engaged} | Clear Meadow Farms Engagement Session | Baltimore’s Best Wedding Photographers

One of the coolest parts of our job is photographing people related to other people that we’ve photographed. Sydney and James have hired us for what will be a stunning 2017 October wedding. Sydney’s brother got married in 2013 to our friend Morgan. Patrick photographed their wedding and here we are years later, and we will be photographing their wedding! So awesome.

Kasey & Steve {married} | Silver Swan Bayside Wedding | Baltimore’s Best Wedding Photographers

If there’s one thing that I love about the summer… it’s the beach. I wish we went more than we did this year, but I have to say that Kasey and Steve’s nautical & beach themed wedding sure made the day feel like we were at the beach.

The day started out at a beautiful beach rental house on Kent Island about 15 minutes from Silver Swan Bayside. With a sweet first look between bride and dads, followed by a first look between the bride and groom, there was no lack of smiles and kisses and giggles. The bouquets were probably some of my favorite from the summer with the variety of flowers, stems, and colors. Just beautiful!  Confetti is a theme with this couple! They had confetti during their Atlantic City Engagement session in the water, and at their bayside wedding!

Kasey and Steve both work for NOAH, which is what I explain as NASA of the Sea. They are scientists, deep sea explorers. Steve even proposed to Kasey underwater! How amazing! The reception centerpieces were all coral reef themed, with starfish ornaments given as favors to all guests, also serving as place cards.

Amanda & Clyde {married} | Union Mills Homestead Wedding | Living Radiant Photography | Baltimore Maryland Best Wedding Photographers

Amanda & Clyde had a beautiful August wedding at the Historic Union Mills Homestead. With no clouds in the sky, these two had a sweet and emotional ceremony in the gardens among family and friends. Amanda and Clyde have two beautiful children from their 12 years together and made the decision to seal the deal and get married with their kids right by their side.

Their young son wrote a poem which was read at the reception as a means to convey his love for his parents. Instead of dancing with parents, Amanda and Clyde danced with their children. Clyde with their daughter, and Amanda with their son. Throughout the night, you just knew there was so much love among this family and you could tell there was deep sincere history among all.

Sara & Eric {married} | Liberty Mountain Ski Resort Wedding | Baltimore’s Best Wedding Photographers

Sara and Eric had a beautiful mint and gold themed ceremony at St. Anthony’s Shrine Parish and celebrated with family and friends at Ski Liberty Ski Resort. These two snowboards felt it was fitting to be where they love to be, on a mountain, regardless of the time of year for their wedding.

There were a few things that made this wedding extra special. Eric’s father passed away a few years back and a memory candle lit in honor of him. The ‘guest book’ was a tree hand drawn by Sara’s mother and guess added their fingerprints as leaves. They had a HUGE word search for friends to find hidden words. As guests left they grabbed “S’More Love” Favors, one of my personal favorites!

Sara and Eric, we were honored to be your wedding photographers! What an awesome day you guys had, ski lift and all!

Jessica & Doug {married} | Arcadia Carnival Grounds Wedding | Baltimore’s Best Wedding Photographers

Any time we do bridal shows, we never know what could happen, or what we are walking into. We did a bridal show once and let me tell you, I’m pretty sure none of the vendors decided to return. At the end of the show, NO ONE had booked anyone, so we knew, it had nothing to do with us. However, we had met one super cute couple, Jessica and Doug, who were engaged at the time, and they were the vendors right next door to us. Jessica, Doug, Patrick and I all clicked… we talked pretty much the whole show since it was so slow, and I think it was then that we all realized… we actually did get something out of that bridal show!!

Jessica and Doug put on a pretty sweet wedding “show” I have to admit. Being themselves owners of a rental supply company in Skysville, these guys had it all on their wedding day. Chocolate Fountains, Beautiful draping, smoke and fog machines, confetti canons, sparklers AND fireworks… and so much more. These guys transformed a space into something incredible. What’s crazy is that I shot one of my first weddings ever in that same building, but I’ll tell you what… that space looked nothing like what it was because of the time and resources these guys put into their wedding day.

Morgan & Max {engaged} | Annapolis Waterfront Engagement Session | Annapolis Wedding Photographers

Morgan & Max had a darling sunrise engagement session in Annapolis, Maryland. The more we do weddings, the more we are finding that we really do love engagement session at sunrise (minus the lack of sleep). These two were champions. We met up with them at one location and decided we’d find another one that was better. Thanks you two for trusting us to head to a different location morning of!

We are so excited for these two. In February of 2017, these guys will say “I Do” surrounded by amazing trains at the Baltimore B&O Train Museum. We are thrilled to be working alongside these two lovebirds!

Amy & Alex {married} | Union Mills Homestead Wedding | Baltimore’s Best Wedding Photographers

Amy and Alex are two peas in a pod. When we first met Alex he had a rockin’ mohawk, and Amy was this quiet fiance at the bridal show. All I know is that these two are definitely not quiet and they are definitely 100% in love with each other.

Amy and Alex get the award as a Radiant Bride with the most unique guests, details, and wedding day overall. I’ve never seen a bride walk down the aisle with Fairy wings, nor have I seen a Leprehchaun in the audience. I LOVED how unique and fun this wedding was, totally catering to our bride and groom.

Lauren & Brian {engaged} | Old Ellicott City Engagement | Best Baltimore Wedding Photographers

This engagement session hits home for us, because this was our last engagement session in HIstoric Ellicott City in 2016 before the flood disaster hit. It probably will be the last one for years until the small town is restored.

Lauren and Brian met us at my favorite coffee shop, Bean Hollow, where we met them for the first time. These guys are are one of our out-of-state Radiant Couples. They are planning a beautiful wedding at the Washington Mill Dye House in September. These two lovebirds hired us before we even met them face-to-face. The four of us clicked right away as we wandered through Historic Ellicott City, photographing them at the B&O Railroad Museum, at the Tiber River Bridge between Tea on the Tiber and Bean Hollow, and an amazing blue alley behind those stores.

Emily & Joe {engaged} | Oldtown Alexandria Virginia Engagement | Virginia Wedding Photographers

Sunrise Sessions are the best! The only problem… getting up at 4am to get out there for a 4:45 sunrise!! How gorgeous though, right?

Last Fall, one of our super cute couples, Casey and Clark, got married. Emily was a bridesmaids in that wedding and a cute one at that! Emily and Joe hired us shortly after we met them for their December 2016 wedding!

Emily and Joe are an Arlington VA couple… they love the water and Alexandria VA was a perfect fit for them! These two are beautiful and we had a blast with them, wandering the streets of Alexandria so early in the morning.

Abby & Eric {married} | Hunt Valley Golf Club | Baltimore’s Best Wedding Photographers

Patrick and I had an absolute blast photographing Eric and Abby’s beautiful Hunt Valley Golf Club wedding. Abby and Eric both come from amazing families making our day even that much more amazing.

There were so many things throughout this day, that just made this wedding unique. From the bride wearing a six pence in her shoe, and a piece of her mom’s wedding dress sewed into her dress, the sentimental pieces of this day are woven in. Abby also carried the same horseshoe that her grandmother and mother carried for good luck as she walked down the aisle after becoming Eric’s wife.
