This wedding pretty much sums up a Baltimore wedding. The whole day was spent in different parts of Baltimore, from Fells, to Federal Hill, to Fort McHenry and more. It even includes a water taxi adventure, an outdoor ceremony on the water and a reception under the lights outside overlooking Baltimore. Miranda and Curt had such an awesome day.
Today up on the blog, we are sharing Brittany and Joe’s beautiful American Visionary Art Museum Wedding! These two had such a full and fun day with some of the best variety of photos we’ve gotten at Loyola Chapel and AVAM. Some of my favorites of the day include the trolley that the girls rode in together to their ceremony and that the bridal party cheered in front of upon arrival at AVAM. I loved the first look between Brittany and her dad and when her brothers saw her for the first time, they were soo sweet and got emotional! She gifted her dad custom cufflinks with a photo of her as a baby and her handwriting.
Yahh! This wedding is so fun for us to post. Let’s first start off saying that is was our first full greek traditional wedding we’ve photographed. But beyond that, everything in the day was amazing. The day started off with the wedding party and families getting ready at the Four Seasons hotel. We had gorgeous details and monogrammed goodness, we had so much fun photographing their personals.
Angela’s mom dressed her and Chris’ brother and dad helped him. With reveals with bridesmaids, dad and moms, these two went into their first look giddy, excited and anticipating the best! When Chris turned to see Angela, it was amazing. The nerves left and the two of them giggled, hugged and kissed and they both just admired each other. Within minutes a surprise showed up, their sweet dog. We love when fur babies show up to wedding days so we made sure to get those pics. Since our almost newlyweds opted for a first look, we were able to get all their iconic photos on the front end of the day! Wedding party and family were amazing to work with and we got to church on time and ready to get these two married. I loved the Greek ceremony with all its customs and important moments. Soon after announcing them as husband and wife, a bubble send-off with all guests as they cheered and celebrated our newlyweds! We surprised these guys with some drone photos since the church building was soo neat… a bucket list church to shoot at!
What a day, what a wedding, what a couple. This Four Seasons wedding was absolutely stunning and the best part… our couple. Gemma and Sean are a dream. They are sweet, have great taste, were fun to work with and getting to know them came easy, and of course when their wedding day arrived, we were giddy to be along for the ride! We did keep them on time but that was also contributed to working beside a wonderful planner, Lauren Corrigan! The day started out fun with a champagne pop with the babes, some fun guy time at their house, and a great hair and makeup team.
I had the honor of photographing Amelia + Marshall’s wedding at Baltimore Museum of Industry in July, and I am so excited to share it with you! Amelia got ready with her party at Brushed Beauty Salon. One of my favorite details of the day was that everyone in the wedding party was rocking purple converse, and Amelia + Marshall had white ones with their initials and wedding date on the back – we love personal details! Once everyone was ready, we travelled over to BMI for a first look and to begin portraits. It was raining a little, so we improvised and did an intimate first look in the gazebo, and loved how it came out. Luckily the rain let up, and we were able to do newlywed portraits and wedding party portraits outside. I love how much the vibrant purple outfits and flowers popped on the overcast day. We did family portraits inside prior to ceremony, which was also in the museum. Amelia + Marshall loved the museum vibe, so we did some additional newlywed and wedding party portraits throughout the museum, and I love the way they came out.
When Brenda and I first talked on the phone, we knew we would be a good fit for each other. Our love for and attention to details is on point and mutual. Brenda reiterated how much she loved details and what this day meant for her and her husband. Backstory, they got married earlier this year but wanted to have an intimate and beautiful party to celebrate each other as well as bring family and friends together in what has been a difficult year for all. This two day event was lovely. Friday night was a beautiful cocktail party at their private home on the water in Baltimore city at the Ritz Carlton. Sushi, wraps, and cake were favorites along with the gorgeous sunset view of Baltimore. The next day, Brenda and Craig hosted a beautiful dinner party at the Pendry Hotel. We met our couple and cruised around the Pendry and the cobblestone streets of Fells Point for a newlywed segment, followed by a sweet cocktail hour with what looked like delicious horderves. Guests were invited to the family style long table for intimate conversations and dinner. Brenda and Craig, we are honored to have been alongside you for your wedding celebration weekend. We wish you both the best and a lifetime of love and happiness. xo
What an awesome wedding! Jesse and Lindsay are chill, beautiful, fun and lively! I love how we met these guys! You never know who will see you, even when you’re home. Ms Barbara and Mr Brian (Lindsay’s parents) were on a walk in our neighborhood and happened to pass by our house and saw our branded 4Runner SUV. At some point time later I get an email from Lindsay wanting to meet up after hearing about us from her parents! How cool!? We met outside on our patio during the pandemic… they walked to our house! We loved it. We knew it was love at first sight.
Aww gosh, I don’t even know where to begin with this power couple. Let’s first start off saying that when I met Maria 4 years (yes… 4) at the four seasons bridal show, we would have no idea what would come. To date, these two are our longest standing couple for us. We have now photographed them in 4 different years. 2019 was their engagement session, 2020 was their small Covid wedding soon after the pandemic reared its ugly face, 2021 was their gorgeous American wedding with a reception at Matthews 1600, and 2022 was their Indian wedding! And next year?! I need this couple in my life every year haha.
Yah! This year we’ve already been at BMI so it’s one of our favorites of Baltimore. Hands down, it’s one of the prettiest places in Baltimore… that skyline view! When we met Kate and Ryan, we knew we’d be a good team! Kate and I share a love for Lily and lots of laughter! Thanks goodness we’ve both married men that love our not shy personalities!
Kate and Ryan are MARRIED!!! We are so excited for these two and what a wonderful day they had. These guys had a full wedding day that had so many great moments. The reveals were so fun and sweet, especially Ryan and his momma! And the fact that their pup joined was soo good. We absolutely love when couples incorporate their furbabies!
LOVE this BMI wedding we shot in April. What a beautiful day, and a wonderful couple. I have to start off saying that most our couples have relationship prior to wedding day, like we shot their engagement photos or got dinner with them, or met them at a bridal show. Hannah and Jason are incredible. We met them in person for the first time on their wedding day and I felt like I’ve known Hannah forever. Not only is she sweet, but she’s compassionate, intentional, and she loves her family. And so does Jason.
