Up on the blog today is Mary and Josh’s beautiful Mt Washington Dye House Wedding! We started their day at the Marriott waterfront hotel where they got ready surrounded by bridesmaids and Josh with his kids. Josh’s wedding party was unique and special because it included all four of his children. They helped him get […]
I love this session for so many reasons! Kelly reached out to me first because she saw that we were familiar with Indian weddings and events. Little did she know that I spent a month in India, living with an Indian family and have photographed many Indian events from baby showers, weddings, and parties. She […]
Excited to share this proposal on the blog today! I met Jen in the fall when she was a bridesmaid in a wedding for Hannah and Chris! She was a gem. Drew, her boyfriend, reached out to me saying how much she loved their gallery and knew she would be ecstatic if I was the one photographing their proposal. I was so honored and of course I wouldn’t miss it! So I bundled up and they went to lunch which was followed by a walk along the Fells Point Promenade. Little did Jen know I was hiding in a gulley by the water (I’m sure by passers were wondering what I was doing), waiting for them to round the corner! Jen had NO idea she was getting engaged and watching her excitement was so much fun!
Jen and Drew, CONGRATS! We are sooo excited for you and thrilled for the adventures to come!
Yah! This post is fun for us to share as it’s not at all wedding related and totally personal. So if you’re interested in travel, adventure, and stories, keep reading, otherwise, stay tuned for our next beautiful couple in April!
Back in January, it dawned on Patrick and I that we would be celebrating our 10 year wedding anniversary in November, with a NEWBORN, and 2 rowdy little boys. Going away right after our busy season wouldn’t be feasible. We knew we should look into a babymoon/anniversary option and we were running out of time since so many airlines and cruiselines don’t let you said past a certain number of weeks pregnant. So we got right to it, started researching, reached out to our amazing travel agent Lisa, and started planning. We ended up booking a 7 day cruise to the ABC islands plus a couple more out of Puerto Rico! Warm weather, here we come! I have to share some back story… the last time Patrick and I cruised, was in March 2020 with carnival and we were one of the last ships to come back to the US as the pandemic was hitting. So we were pumped to get back on a ship 3 years later!
Mary and Josh’s Fells Point is live and on the blog today! This couple dominated their session, and considering we had never met in person, but these guys trusted us to throw them into locations and poses they had never done before was so much fun. I loved that in the first 5 minutes of meeting them, they shared that they aren’t big fans of photos and selfies and that they would be a challenge. We love a good challenge and I think you’ll find that they did too much better than they thought they would. And really cool cool fact… these lovebirds own a coffee shop in Baltimore called Vagrant coffee. We can’t wait to go and check it out but if you’re in Baltimore, don’t miss out… go see them! They are amazing people, great business owners and lovers of coffee! Thanks Josh and Mary, you guys are the best!
Our first wedding of the year is up on the blog! Angie and Steve were hoping for snow but as we all know, we haven’t gotten any this whole winter! That didn’t keep these two from having an incredible day alongside family and friends.
The morning was wonderful as Angie and Steve got ready and dressed alongside their closest friends. I love details! Steve had really neat R2-D2 cufflinks, and Angie had a beautiful custom ring box made. Angie shared some sweet moments with her mom as they spent time together getting ready. Three really great reveals happened soon after everyone was ready. Angie got to see her dad, her mom, and her brothers reactions to her fully ready to get married!
