Gahhh!! If I had a favorite session of the year it would be this one, and I can say that biased because Melissa is not just one of my 2023 brides but because she is my right hand, my amazing associate photographer, and she keeps our editing queue on point and running. She’s basically my best friend. I can’t even begin to tell you how excited I am for her and Chandler. And a crazy cool fact… Patrick and I photographed Chandler’s mom wedding in 2015!
Who would have thought and what are the chances!? Melissa and Chandlers love story really got kicked off in Lavallette, NJ one summer and ever since then, it’s been super special to them. When she asked us to shoot her wedding we of course said YES and I even get to be a bridesmaid too! In thinking through locations, it was a no brainer (for me at least) and we cruised all around town. They included their Boxer Jackson, who did awesome (dispite being spastic here and there haha) and Megan was an incredible assistant to the day! She even stopped traffic for us and made sure no one ran us over!
Melissa and Chandler! What an awesome day! Thanks so much for showing us where you fell in love, why it’s so special and for letting us be ourselves, try new things! You did a great job and we are so pumped to be with you during this magical season of life! Xo love ya loads!
