It’s always special for us when we get to photograph weddings of sisters and siblings. We met Melissa when we photographed her sisters wedding in 2017. The family is incredible and honestly one of our favorites in the history of our career. Their sweetness, their grace, and their kindness is literally unfathomable.
We were sooo excited for Melissa and Jon’s wedding. Probably because we knew it was bound to be beautiful and fun. The day was full of sweet moments. From her dad reveal, to Jon’s smile seeing Melissa for the first time, to the grandmothers rocking out on the dance floor and flossing to the beats of District Remix.
This day was so great for so many reasons. There were tears shed from moms, friends, and guests. A groomsmen passed away in the fall and another groomsmen wore two boutineers in honor of their friend. Two grandfathers had passed and their photos were attached to the bouquet of our bride.
This wedding was full of sentimental moments, items, and actions. We were so honored to be able to photograph this wedding.
