This was a bucket list wedding for us. We’ve lived in Baltimore our whole lives and as we’ve grown as wedding photographers, there’s a handful of venues that we thought would be iconic venues to shoot as Baltimore kids and photographers. Being able to photograph a wedding at the Four Seasons Hotel was special for us. We have been there for events, we even have been guests there before, but we hadn’t shot a wedding there yet. To be honest I was a little bit intimidated because I knew our caliber had to be on point and our professionalism not lacking at all. Cara and Brad had a beautiful day despite the weather that was handed to us for their day. Although we could not get outside for their bridal party photos or family photos we were able to sneak in a beautiful first look with a short segment of the Baltimore skyline for them.
These guys had a large shotlist for family pictures and wanted to have them all done prior to ceremony. So we definitely planned an incredible shot list and timeline with them alongside the amazing Celebrations Event team Lorin and Sharon.
After a first look we met up with the bridal party and did iconic locations at the Four Seasons. We utilized the beautiful staircase, as well as the gorgeous floral covered Chuppah. The ceremony kicked off with Ketubah signing with bridal party and immediate families and grandparents. Guests started moving into their ceremony space, a guest party of 260 people waited and anticipated the marriage of Bradley and Cara. Guest cheered as these two walked out of ceremony, after stomping on the glass, sealing their marriage and unity as husband and wife.
The rest of the day was wild. What a great party! With a beautiful cocktail hour with incredible food to a rockin band from Atlanta called The Free, the night did not disappoint.
They shouted and danced hard. A beautiful cake designed and baked by Cake by Jason stood central to the dance floor for all to see, along with an all encompassing beautiful floral chandelight that would hang above the dance floor. The hora was anticipated by all and even a close family friend played the harmonica and guitar for the bride and groom. Cara and Brad, thank you for trusting us. We hope you loved your day and we are excited for what’s ahead for you both!
