I’ve known her pretty much my entire life. When my awesome Great Aunt Judy got remarried to an amazing man, Uncle Russ, we were given another family. Bridget is like my cousin, even though she’s great Uncle Russ’ granddaughter and not blood related. We still haven’t figured out what that makes us haha. Third cousins by marriage once removed, or something like that. After high school we parted ways. Not because of anything bad or negative, we just grew apart. I moved to the mid-west and she stayed in Baltimore and pursued her endeavours. That was almost 10 years ago!! WHAT!!
Anyway, when I moved home, I joined a gym in Timonium and one day we ran into each other at the gym. It was a great reunion! We decided that day that we needed to grab dinner and it resulted into a 5+ hour dinner. We reconnected, and caught up on what was 10 years of life. She has really become family to me. When Bridget got engaged to Jeff, she called me immediately asking if Patrick and I could shoot their wedding. When I first met Jeff, I just knew he was right for her. Jeff was deployed overseas in the military for months and months, and upon coming home one visit, Jeff proposed!
We are totally excited for these guys and are blessed to call them friends and family. Jeff and Bridget, thanks for trusting us! We can’t wait for your June wedding, it’s gonna be beautiful at your parents farm!!
