Yah! Kelsey and Tyler’s engagement session is up on the blog! These two dominated their session and they had some of the prettiest lighting of the year thanks to some great Canadian smoke blowing through during the week! We met these two at the Historic Hampton Mansion in Towson and cruised all throughout the property! […]
Up on the blog, today’s a beautiful rosewood wedding that we were so excited to share. Amanda and David had a beautiful beautiful day up in Elkton Maryland. What I love about Rosewood is everything is on property from the bridal suites in the grooms lounge to the ceremony spaces and reception. No one has […]
I love this session for so many reasons! Kelly reached out to me first because she saw that we were familiar with Indian weddings and events. Little did she know that I spent a month in India, living with an Indian family and have photographed many Indian events from baby showers, weddings, and parties. She […]
Excited to share this proposal on the blog today! I met Jen in the fall when she was a bridesmaid in a wedding for Hannah and Chris! She was a gem. Drew, her boyfriend, reached out to me saying how much she loved their gallery and knew she would be ecstatic if I was the one photographing their proposal. I was so honored and of course I wouldn’t miss it! So I bundled up and they went to lunch which was followed by a walk along the Fells Point Promenade. Little did Jen know I was hiding in a gulley by the water (I’m sure by passers were wondering what I was doing), waiting for them to round the corner! Jen had NO idea she was getting engaged and watching her excitement was so much fun!
Jen and Drew, CONGRATS! We are sooo excited for you and thrilled for the adventures to come!
Mary and Josh’s Fells Point is live and on the blog today! This couple dominated their session, and considering we had never met in person, but these guys trusted us to throw them into locations and poses they had never done before was so much fun. I loved that in the first 5 minutes of meeting them, they shared that they aren’t big fans of photos and selfies and that they would be a challenge. We love a good challenge and I think you’ll find that they did too much better than they thought they would. And really cool cool fact… these lovebirds own a coffee shop in Baltimore called Vagrant coffee. We can’t wait to go and check it out but if you’re in Baltimore, don’t miss out… go see them! They are amazing people, great business owners and lovers of coffee! Thanks Josh and Mary, you guys are the best!
Yah! A Baltimore Engagement session that flew by but crushed by our couple. I’m not sure if I liked our session with them more than dinner, it’s pretty close! Julia and John did awesome at their session. We met them at Lake Roland and threw them into poses as we knew we were chasing daylight and only had an hour with them. By the time we finished, we were all were hungry and headed to Pepe’s for subs and to get to know each other. Let’s just say, we have SOO much history we didn’t even know. Turns out John knows a ton of people that Maggie knows and Patrick and Julia were champions as John shared his life with us and as we figured out all our connections. By the time we finished dinner, we knew it was meant to be and Julia and John were the perfect couple for us! You guys did awesome and we can’t wait to spend a whole day together and not just 2-3 hours. We can’t wait for your day, it’s going to be so fun!
I loved this sweet engagement session for Lauren and Brett at Loch Raven Reservoir! One of their very first dates was to the duck island here, so it was so fitting to come back and shoot their engagement photos here. We had the perfect fall afternoon for their session – it was a little chilly, but the color in the leaves was so vibrant it made for a beautiful backdrop for their photos. I loved seeing Lauren’s playful side as she chased ducks around, and we ended their session with the two of them slow dancing by the water while the sun went down. So beautiful! I also loved her ring – it was gorgeous and so unique.
