Sarah & Riley | Elegant Turf Valley Jewish Wedding
Sarah and Riley’s wedding day at Turf Valley Resort was full of love, laughter, and a few prehistoric surprises! This sweet couple both work with dinosaurs — Riley is a paleontologist (yes, a real-life dinosaur digger!) and Sarah works in research and the lab side of things. Naturally, they found ways to weave a little dino magic throughout their day — from tiny figurines on their cake to custom cufflinks and even a surprise dinosaur-themed flash mob dance that had everyone on their feet!
Sarah and Riley both got ready on-site at Turf Valley, which made the whole morning smooth and relaxed. Sarah looked absolutely radiant in her off-the-shoulder gown adorned with delicate floral appliqués and a sparkling tiara. She got ready surrounded by her closest friends and family, and one of the sweetest moments of the morning was her time with her mom and grandparents before heading to see Riley.
Before the ceremony, Sarah and Riley held a beautiful Ketubah signing with their families and grandparents present. It was such an emotional, intimate time — the start of a day filled with meaning and tradition.
Their indoor Jewish ceremony was stunning — complete with a handmade chuppah crafted by Sarah’s mom and her friends. The floral details perfectly complemented the blush and ivory palette that carried through the day. With over 150 guests watching, the couple exchanged vows, shared laughter, and sealed their marriage with a kiss under the chuppah.
Before the ceremony, Sarah and Riley shared a first look outside on the most beautiful day. The golden sunshine and soft breeze made for romantic portraits in the gardens. Their joy and chemistry were undeniable — you could just tell how excited they were to finally say “I do.”
The ballroom at Turf Valley was transformed with elegant white and blush décor, tall floral centerpieces, and glowing candlelight. Their guests enjoyed an incredible variety of food (there was so much food — something for everyone!) and a lively, joy-filled celebration that kept the dance floor packed from start to finish.
The highlight of the night was definitely the surprise flash mob organized by their friends and family — it was such a fun, unexpected moment that had everyone cheering and laughing.
Since Sarah and Riley opted for an earlier celebration, the festivities wrapped up earlier in the evening — but not before plenty of dancing, laughter, and unforgettable memories.
Sarah and Riley’s wedding day was the perfect blend of romance, tradition, and personality — elegant with a playful twist. From the handmade chuppah to the dinosaur details and the sheer amount of joy in every moment, it was such a privilege to capture their day from start to finish.
Congratulations, Sarah and Riley — your wedding was absolutely dino-mite! 🦕💍
