Kristen & Tony’s wedding day at The Hummingbird Chateau in Manchester, Maryland, was the perfect blend of rustic charm, vibrant florals, and heartfelt moments. From the first look at the rolling hills surrounding the barn to the golden-hour portraits in the fields, their day was a true celebration of love, family, and joy.
The Hummingbird Chateau provided a breathtaking backdrop for Kristen & Tony’s wedding. With its whitewashed barn, vintage silos, and lush countryside views, the venue felt timeless and welcoming. The bridal suite, filled with vintage furniture, floral wallpaper, and sun-soaked windows, made the perfect space for Kristen and her bridesmaids to get ready. Meanwhile, the groomsmen enjoyed the rustic charm of the property’s outdoor spaces and barn lounge.
Kristen began her morning surrounded by her closest friends and family. Her lace gown hung elegantly in the bridal suite, and her accessories—including her sparkling hairpiece and elegant heels—were beautifully styled alongside the couple’s colorful floral invitations. The morning was full of laughter, hugs, and a few happy tears as Kristen’s mom and sister helped her into her gown.
Tony and his groomsmen got ready just steps away, donning tan suits with pops of royal blue in their ties and boutonnieres. His boutonniere, a cheerful mix of orange roses, berries, and succulents, tied in perfectly with the bold summer palette.
Kristen & Tony’s floral design was nothing short of stunning. Their bouquets were alive with bright red roses, sunny yellow craspedia, orange lilies, coral spray roses, and pops of vibrant blue delphinium. These vivid arrangements perfectly complemented the lush green surroundings and brought so much joy and energy to every photo.
Their ceremony took place inside the wood barn! Guests sat on rustic wooden pews as sunlight filtered through the open doors, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. As Kristen walked down the aisle, all eyes were on her.
The reception inside the barn was the perfect mix of rustic and romantic. Long wooden tables were dressed with woven chargers, glass jars, and colorful wildflower centerpieces. Soft draped fabric hung from the rafters, and chandeliers added a touch of elegance to the warm wood interior. Guests enjoyed heartfelt toasts, delicious food, and the kind of joyful laughter that fills a room.
Kristen & Tony shared their first dance under the barn’s glowing string lights, followed by special dances with their parents. The energy in the room was electric, with friends and family joining them on the dance floor to celebrate.
As the sun began to set, we stepped outside with Kristen & Tony for portraits in the open fields. The soft evening light and moody clouds created the perfect backdrop as they laughed, danced, and shared quiet moments together. One of our favorite touches? The couple’s portraits with a vintage black truck and a celebratory ride in a golf cart back to the barn—pure joy!
Kristen & Tony’s wedding day at The Hummingbird Chateau was filled with beauty, laughter, and deep love. From the vibrant florals to the charming venue details, every element felt intentional and uniquely “them.” It was an honor to capture their day and preserve these memories for years to come.
Congratulations, Kristen & Tony!
