Kellyn and Matt’s wedding at the Baltimore Museum of Industry was a beautiful blend of personal touches, unexpected moments, and unforgettable celebrations. From start to finish, their day was filled with personality and joy, showcasing their love for plants and creativity.
The morning started off with a light rain, but as if on cue, the skies cleared just in time for their celebration to begin. The bride and her mom had taken the reins on the floral design, crafting stunning tropical arrangements that added a vibrant, lush feel to the wedding party assortment of color. Their love for plants was also incorporated into the decor, including some of their personal plants that were strategically placed throughout the ceremony.
One of the many highlights of the evening was the groom’s mom’s speech. Her storytelling had the entire room in stitches, especially when she recounted a tale that involved a traffic violation—a memorable moment that had everyone laughing. Adding to the fun, Matt was even awarded his fantasy football trophy during the reception, bringing his own twist of humor to the day.
The attention to detail continued with a unique dried orange place card wall, which was a fresh and creative touch, along with an intricate origami photo backdrop that gave guests a whimsical spot to capture memories. As if that wasn’t enough, the couple’s favors—succulents—were a sweet nod to their love of plants, providing guests with a lasting reminder of the day.
The reception was full of energy and excitement, with a big, fun wedding party leading the charge on the dance floor. The champagne spray was a show-stopper later in the night, setting the tone for an evening of celebration and fun, followed by an epic night shot with the iconic Domino Sugar sign in the background—a perfect nod to Baltimore’s industrial charm.
Kellyn and Matt’s wedding was a perfect reflection of their personalities, filled with laughter, love, and a whole lot of dancing. Even the band was led by a close friend of Matt’s! It was a day where everything came together beautifully, despite the rainy start, and their love story shone brightly in every moment.
Kellyn and Matt, thanks for trusting us! What an incredible day! We loved being alongside you guys all day and through your engagement season of life!
