What a day you had! One of our favorites from October. We were looking forward to this wedding so much. After a really fun engagement session with these two at the beach we knew the day would whole lots of surprising moments and tons of laughter. Turf Valley is such a cool venue because of the ceremony space in the variety of reception ballrooms. These guys had a beautiful first look out in front of trees that were fiery orange and had already changed into beautiful fall colors. The first look was amazing… Tyler was nervous and so excited to see his bride Kaity was in a gorgeous Kleinfeld dress and so excited to walk and see her man. Once they saw each other the rest of the day was pure fun. These two together crack me up. They are both sweet with each other honest and playful. As soon as we added the bridal party and it was quite the day. So much laughter inappropriate jokes made and photos to prove it.
These guys had a beautiful ceremony. What I loved most about ceremony was seeing Kaity’s brother on the front row watching his sister get married. Their family is so special and sweet and I absolutely loved getting to know them all. After the ceremony we did what what is one of our favorite things to do for a couple hours which is to get an all gas shot. Except this time we did it from the sky with our drone. Following that all the bridal party did a toast on Tyler’s truck. That truck was special to them both for engagement photos and their wedding. Kaity was not about to shotgunning any beer in her gorgeous designer dress but she sure was down for a shot like toast.
Reception was fine and full of great moments. Sweet speeches and an amazing choreographed first dance that Kaity and Tyler executed so perfectly. As it should have been since Kaity is a dancer.
The night ended with a sparkler send off outside and even more dancing. When we said goodbye to our a couple we got the biggest hugs. Kaity’s mom even gave me a whole centerpiece of florals to take home just to say thank you. If you know me, I’m a sucker for wedding florals! We left fully fulfilled knowing we got every shot every photo desire of our couple and there’s killer photos as evidence of it all.
Kaity and Tyler, what a day! We loved it all and thank you for choosing us to document it! We hope you have an amazing first Christmas married. Soak up all the time together you can, life flies by! Can’t wait to see you guys again!
