Charlotte and Joe’s engagement session in Fells Point was the kind of evening that feels effortless—beautiful weather, the glow of the harbor, and two people who are completely at home with one another.
We started along the cobblestone streets, where the historic charm of Baltimore always seems to shine. Joe kept Charlotte laughing as they strolled together, pausing now and then for sweet little moments tucked against rowhomes and ivy-covered walls. Her classic white dress and his sharp navy suit were the perfect match for the city’s mix of old-world character and modern edge.
As we wandered, we stopped at some of Fells Point’s most iconic water spots— Sagamore Pendry, Hendersons Wharf, the waterfront pier, and even a tucked-away corner where vines climbed high against brick. Each scene offered something different: playful, romantic, and timeless all at once.
By the time we made it to the water, the sun was beginning to dip, casting the most romantic light across the harbor. The way Joe pulled Charlotte close, and the way she looked at him—it was like the city faded out and left just the two of them.
Charlotte and Joe have a love that feels steady, joyful, and full of anticipation for what’s ahead. Photographing them in such a lively, charming part of Baltimore was the perfect way to celebrate this season of their story. I cannot wait for their wedding day—it’s going to be every bit as full of warmth and love as this evening was.
