Yah! We are so excited to share our last wedding of 2017 with you all. This wedding is pretty special because the bride and I go way back to Middle School and High School. Crazy cool, right!? Allie and I both attended Bryn Mawr together and after graduation really didn’t see or talk to each other except on social media. When Allie got engaged, and inquired we were thrilled.
Allie and Chris are lovebirds out of San Fransisco! They both live and work there but decided to tie the knot here in Baltimore where the majority of their friends and family are. They had a gorgeous ceremony and reception at the Engineers Club, a beautiful historic venue in Mt. Vernon. The day was super cold, but you couldn’t have asked for better lighting!
Allie and Chris love all things having to do with Christmas just like we do, so it was fitting to utilize the staircase, Christmas trees, and fireplaces inside the Club for some of their portraits. The atrium was beautifully decorated and we LOVED all the details at this wedding. The flowers were some of my favorites and their color palette, beautiful! At the end of the night, as we were packing up, we just smiled ear to ear as we were watching them and their guests sing their hearts out to Mariah Carey’s “All I want for Christmas is You!”
Allie and Chris, thanks for choosing us. Thanks for working long distance with us and trusting us with an amazing day. Next time to go to San Fran, we will reach out and meet up! Last time we were there was for a wedding! Who knows when we will be back there, too bad San Diego is really far South! Enjoy your marriage! Love you guys!
