We’ve known Kelly’s family for what seems like forever. Honestly, the fact that I have photographed weddings for friends that I’ve grown up with is pretty amazing. I’m actually honored and it’s sooo special.
When Kelly reached out to us about shooting her wedding, I was so excited. When we met Mike and did their engagement session, I knew their wedding would be so sweet and fun. Fun was an understatement.
When the day actually came and we walked into the house to see Kelly and her family, everyone was beaming and so excited. I looked around the room and I see two of my brides! One of our past brides and Kelly’s sister Stephanie, who we are shooting her wedding in the fall. You can see Stephanie’s engagement session here that we did last week!
Kelly and Mike’s wedding day was a constant flow of joy and laughter. The girls got ready at the venue, and guys at a local Inn. Originally these two weren’t going to do a first look and they ended up changing their mind… and they were SO glad they did. They enjoyed every minute of their wedding day. They have such variety with their bridal party and family and friends. They danced a ton and enjoyed their wedding day to the fullest. During ceremony they did a sand pouring and their guests came alongside with them while they looked upon a gorgeous view.
Kelly and Mike, we are so excited for your future and what’s to come. You both are such sweet people and I’m so glad we get to see you again later this year for another family wedding!
